It’s been a world wind six months since I last updated the Website with Bitty. We are together today in Montreal looking at all the pictures from the awesome recent events I have been to all over the United States.

Last September, I attended the the Master/slave Conference 2009 in Silver Spring, Maryland where I had the privileged of contributing to the community by being auctioned off to give a self-defense class to a small of group who pooled their money together to donate 1000$ to the Master/slave education scholarship fund. Jo was an auctioneer extraordinaire!

Pussy Dave was an excellent demo assistant at the Center for Positive Sex Culture in Seattle, Washington last October where I taught self defense and four other classes.

I was fortunate to attend Jay Wiseman’s class on non-violent communication. As usual, it was an excellent class for an excellent educator who draws upon first hand knowledge and experience. Bitty and I also loved the class he did on Breath Play at Floating World. Jay Wiseman is very gifted at leading and educating the attendees from basic easy to understand legal and medical fundamentals of breath play and building to an advanced higher-level of understanding. I recommend it to everyone even if you are not into breath play just so that they can have an understanding of breath play and it’s potential consequences as it also applies to many of the things that we do in BDSM.

In October, I was invited by the Center for Positive Sex Culture in Seattle, Washington. It was a busy 3 days with 5 workshops. I was surprised how well attended all the classes were. While I was there, I stayed with Marquessa, the event organizer and also, VividConfusion, provided a great service to her community by making sure that all the details were ironed out and that I was at my best to present all the workshops. I plan to return to Seattle this Fall.

After a small break over Christmas I spent a few days in Manhattan in January to do martial arts training. This event coincided with Impact, a monthly NYC staple and Rubber Ball where I ran into old friends and made new ones.

Then it was on to Dallas, Texas in February to attend South Plains Leather Fest which was great as usual. After the conference I was fortunate enough to teach a self-defense class in concert with the NLA to benefit Dallas Aids Committee. It was wonderful to teach self defense to both men and women in the dynamic LGBT & Leather community of Dallas and I look forward to returning.

I am currently in Montreal with Bitty after 4 days of intensive Martial Arts training. I have been teaching in Montreal since 2006 and always enjoy seeing the friends I have made here over the past 4 years.

During the past year I have been education coordinator for the local Master/slaves Together International local chapter and this has kept me quite busy in addition to finally finishing some big renovations on my home. More and more, I dedicate my time to the continuation of my martial arts training and as such have been leading a local practice group. I will be on hiatus for a few months as I continue that and will return to teaching classes in the BDSM community at Floating World ‘10.

Patrick is very proud of his military service. He followed in the footsteps of his father, who served in Viet-Nam, and joined the army at 18 to become a paratrooper in the 1/509th (Wikipedia).

At Floating World ‘09, in late August, MojoDaddy will be presenting three classes based on a fusion of martial arts and BDSM. In addition to Elegant Pain Compliance and Modern Self Defense, his two most popular classes, he will be presenting Pack Attack: Full Contact Resistance Takedowns in which multiple participants choreograph a safe takedown scene where the ‘victim’ resists fully.

Rapture - New York City - Spring 2007

I have opened the Fusion BDSM section of the Museum of MojoDaddy with a gallery of pictures from past Elegant Pain Compliance classes.

EPC was first offered to the staff of the famous (now closed) Domme House Rapture in New York City in 2006 and again in 2007. While MojoDaddy has many interesting chapters in his life, I decided to open the museum with The Story Behind The Story of The Infamous Dr. Spankenstien, a look back at the infamous character that was a frequent guest on WROX-FM 96X in the mid-90s. Nope, MojoDaddy did not know he would become The Infamous Doctor when he woke up that November day, it was all quite unplanned and spontaneous. Enjoy!

MojoDaddy’s most popular class is Elegant Pain Compliance, a series of martial arts techniques used for power and resistance play. These moves allow a Lady to assert her physical dominance over her play partner while maintaining grace, poise and elegance. I have put together a small video showing a few of the techniques. Most of this video is candid and unrehearsed and was shot during MojoDaddy’s visit to Montreal. Enjoy!

MojoDaddy and I have just spent over a week together in Montreal and Toronto. It was ten days of twelve workshops, two parties and daily martial arts classes or private training. Patrick was happy to see his friends in Montreal and we enjoyed our time in Toronto with event organizer extraordinaire Lady Viktoria and her entourage.

I put my Miss Eva Vavoom hat on to teach Cock Bondage for the first time and I credit MojoDaddy for inspiring me to put myself out there as a presenter. I am overjoyed with the results and the new connections I have made!

One of the highlights of the trip was meeting George Giaouris and his team at Northbound Leather in Downtown Toronto. Northbound Leather was the promotional partner for two of our 4 workshops in Toronto. I enjoyed seeing the manufacturing area of the store with Enza while MojoDaddy and George discussed parachuting, big guns and martial arts.

It will take me a while to process all the pictures and videos from the events.

A few months ago, someone erroneously claimed that MojoDaddy was ‘fake’ which promted me to start gathering pictures articles and momentos about Patrick going back 25 years. These include his teenage years, military record, university studies, continuing martial arts training, infamous Dr. Spankenstien era and recent focus on teaching fusion martial arts/BDSM techniques. These documents range from serious to cute to hilarious and will eventually be posted in the Museum of MojoDaddy with as many stories as I can pry out of him!

I also have over a hundred feedback forms from his classes going back three years and will strive to extract quotable feedback and constructive criticism to better each workshop.The most frequent feedback is “More time!” which will affect the structure of some of the classes.
